what do you need help with? Are you using a bonafide  remote keylogger or a rat? How well do you know the person and their pc system/habits? As you can see, we need more info to offer any assistance, but will help ya out as much as we can.

i've been running my spy sweeper as usual and it's been coming up clean except for day before yesterday it had the Trojan ace-x which i had like 6 months ago and got rid of haven't had trouble since and after i quarantined it re-ran a few more checks did updates, defragged, etc everything has been fine. but when i went into the history of the spyware as i scrolled through it to see what it has been going through it kept saying keylogger enabled is this normal or something i should be concerned? tx  Smiley

This part has me confused - are you saying your spy removal program has a keylogger in it or it's continuing to find a keylogger present on your pc?

when i go through the spyware's session log it has things like this running through it

12:25 AM: Tamper Detection
12:25 AM: Automated check for program update in progress.
           Keylogger: On
           E-mail Attachment: On

and the Keylogger:On is running throughout the list quite frequently so is this normal?

Thanks. Last October I had problems with my notebook took it to the geek squad big mistake. 2 months later they gave it back to me with a virus the one that popped up the other day took me forever to get rid of it the first time but luckily with some help with the spyware techs it was fixed then. It popped up again and I'm such a noob about all this. This is why I love she-geeks!

Yes, i havnt heard great things about the geeksquad! & from what i heard the other day from my brothers friend, they charged him 150.00 extra when he bought his comp, just to take off the stuff he wouldnt be using & add security, but charge him for it!   & the security is only valid for 30days!  i almost fainted. I told him to just call me next time. good grief.

Trojan-ace-X.

Yeah and when I called them they told me they couldn't help me. But since they had my notebook for 1 1/2 months (started last Oct) and it was supposed to be for 2 days for cleaning it up and doing a full back up and I kept going back and back. You get the point. They finally put it back together and said they had to wait until their system was down until they could get my back up to me because that's how their program worked. So again the come back thing. Finally I was like you need to give me my money. They refunded the back part up but still said they would get the back up to me could I come back in a month did that same thing again  but now they no longer have that machine and my back up no longer exists a couple weeks ago I said I wanted to talk to the Best Buy manager and their solution was for me to buy a new notebook that is nowhere near how mine is, and they would give me 60 off, they would sell me the whatever to hold the back up at a discount price of 6 off, and I could buy the software to do the back up and they wouldn't charge me the 100 to install it and set up for me so basically have me spend a 1000 for their mistake. Lets just say it was not a nice day for the manager. I called corporate and all my money has now been refunded. Yeah Sorry I have a big mouth!

I have a keylogger that I would like to remotely deploy, but am having a hard time coming up with the required application to send it with.  Any suggestions on what might be a realistic thing to send to someone  you know?  Thanks for any suggestions.
