ok, to start: list what you've done, so we can see if you missed anything (no, not meaning this to be condescending, just easier to figure out what's going on, as none of us 'should' have access to your account). You actually have more control over your newsfeed now than in the past, but, in the past, things were more blunt and would do a broad block to everyone. I've given you what I know works, which is why this is just bizarre (also, can you list the settings you have for the notes and your specific privacy settings, as that could also help in figuring what's going on).

I will have to do it later (i dont have access to facebook right now) , but here's what I can remember. I went to the applications settings, and i see a list of all my apps. I go to notes app, then manage, and i clicked on profile and checked off who i WANT to see my notes and put the persons name that i DONT want to see my notes in the "except this person" place. Basically what i want to do is not allow this particular person to see ANYTHING on my profile anymore, any status (i was able to do that) posts to my wall from anyone, I know the easiest way to do this is just delete this person but I'm trying to hold off on that for the moment. Is there anyway I can do this across the board without having to go into each particular item? Sorry if i keep on about this but its very important, and this new FB is just so confusing to me. Thanks again for all your help.
It would be so much easier if there was an option to stop friend B from seeing ANYTHING friend A posts on my wall but i dont think there is. I'm a dummy, sorry.

nah, not a dummy. I really, really do not like this new facebook layout, with one exception: the control. What I might suggest, for the time being, set all your apps to 'only me', which should do the trick for a little bit. Won't be completely desired, but, will help in fixing this problem temporarily, at least until we can figure out what's going on.

I just did this... and you're right it will fix the problem until i decide what i want to do. I love the privacy also but i find that there are some things that one cant control. Like what my friends have their settings to, for example if friend A has her settings to let "friends of friends" see what she posts on my wall then i guess i cant control that.

I was following along pretty good, but you lost me there at the end, lol. Bear with me while I go through what I know with you. Hopefully, something will apply.
First, if you have your page set to private (or if you have your wall posts set to friends only or customized), it doesn't matter what her settings are. They won't see what she posted to your wall. On her page, it will just say she commented on your page (if she has it set up that way)....
Her having 'friends of friends' checked means her friends can see HER info, not yours.
If you are mutual friends with someone, whenever a mutual friend posts on another mutual friends page it will show up in your newspage aka Homepage...unless you change your settings.
If you don't want certain people reading your wall...change the settings. On your main profile it will say 'settings' right underneath the blue 'share' box which is where you put in your status. Click that and go down and customize your wall setting rules. It will say posting ability: who can see posts made by friends? and then you go and choose 'some friends' and add the friends that are allowed.
To keep what you say on someone's wall OFF a mutual friends wall, go to 'setting' at top right and click 'privacy' then "newsfeed and wall'...the very first thing uncheck the box that says 'show wall posts'...this should keep your posts private. You will still be able to see what they wrote if they haven't done this.
Notes: Either when you are writing the note or whether you go to application page and edit it there, you can choose who can and cannot read your notes. Same with if someone tags you in a picture. Just go to application page and choose customize or only me...whatever.....
edit: well, notes will have to be set on application page or in the note itself, to keep people from seeing tagged photos you need to go to settings at the top.
make a friend group and exclude the person you don't want seeing anything. save it. it wil apply to everything.
you mentioned setting everything up with what you thought was the right way and you went and checked and you could still see stuff. Not sure what you meant here. The only way you can check is if you have a fake fb. Things will always show up on your own page to you.
