No there isn't a specific thread for fakespaces for facebook, but aside from customization options that don't apply, the same advice holds true for facebook as well. I would suggest you start the fake joining groups and adding popular apps as a way of amassing friends who will comment your fakespace. Also try to put it in the same network you suspect your target is in. Keeping minimal privacy settings will allow it to grow more quickly. Hopefully others will chime in with additional suggestions.

what I did was I added alot of friends to make my fakespace seem more real I guess. I joined a few groups similar to this one
http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/group.php?gid=52830708428&ref=nf
its similar to the myspace friend train or adder after I got over 100 friends in two days I left the groups lol and then I requested my target so I'll see if that works but that's one suggestion..also if you get lucky hurry and deactivate thats what I should have done in the first place, so if someone gets suspicious they cant delete you once they added you ..
ps It didnt work lol they rejected it but its good for adding friends quick

in order to keep the forum tidy, I have decided that my ramblings might work here. I was shocked today to see that someone who I have never met before who have mutual friends of mine on facebook added me. Now granted, he has 400-something friends. Now here are my thoughts and since you are kinda my sounding board, I will pose it to you...
If you have 800+ friends on facebook, do you really know ALL those people? Or do you add friends based on the school that you are going to? Maybe this is something that I am not used to because I know personally each person I add and won't add people that I haven't met at least once.
The reason I ask this is because I am trying to get up the nerve to create a fakespace with the same school, but graduation year a couple years behind my target and then add them. And then there's the question of who do I add first? Do I add a whole bunch of random people using the method above and then just start adding slowly people from said college??
Maybe I am just making way too much out of this...but I would love to get this target to view photos of another target! The fuskering has my computer bogged for most of the day with nothing to show and black seegugio app is not working!
Thanks for any advice in advance! You guys rock!

@rae820...
This is of course just my personal opinion, but I am like you, in that I NEVER just blindly add anybody I don't know, or accept the request. If someone requests to add me, and I don't know them or recognize them, I send them a message asking them if I know them, and that if I do, where do I know them from. I have about 125 friends on my myspace, and each of them I personally know in some way. I just got a facebook, but the same still applies: everyone I request or accept is someone who I personally know. Also, just because we went to the same school doesn't mean I'm going to add them. I have to have known them in some way...but again, that's just me.
Since I know my target very well, I was contemplating making a fakespace that had a picture of someone they were friends with in school that I KNOW they don't keep in contact with, and doing one of those "Oh my gosh, it's been so long!" deals...I'm sure it would work, since my target isn't the brightest crayon in the box. My target is my husband's ex-wife of 12 years, and for her secret questions on her yahoo email, instead of putting stuff that pertains to her current life that my husband wouldn't know, she put stuff like their daughters name and her best friends name...so as I stated, not the brightest lol!

I have over 800 friends on Facebook and I do not personally know each one. I do, however, weed through my friend requests and add only people who have mutual friends. I look at having that many friends as a possible opportunity to network.. But I've also thought about deleting people that I'm not too familiar with.
If you want to get your target to add you, I'd suggest getting as many of the same friends as you can get and also join the same network.

We are very similar, however, if they don't even look familiar or aren't friends with people that I know, I don't even send them a message.
Now, with you having about 125 friends, I can understand that. I believe I have maybe 180ish...but do people really know 800+ people? Like, really, 800 people? Out of the 180 that I have, I don't really see them all that often, except for my family of course. My target...well, technically there are 2. The one I want to view photos of only has about 100 friends. I know he will not willingly add people that he does NOT know personally as I have done this before years ago pretending to be someone different and I was not as smooth/smart as I am now.
The other target has over 800 friends and most go to the same college and have different graduation years. Now, here I may have just answered one of my own thoughts...she is a very popular sports figure at this particular school, so *maybe* they are all just fans, in which case I have a pretty great chance of being added. I am sure that she would have commented on pictures or wall of the previously mentioned target, in which case, it would give me access to his photos at least & wall, correct? Which is the whole point...
I wish that I knew 2 people who were within your targets color-range (not the brightest!) But one isn't completely dumb, not computer savvy AT ALL, and the other I don't know about, so I am back to the old fashioned social engineering!

Can anyone confirm for me that I'm going aobut this the right way?
I’ve made up my mind to open a dummy account at Facebook so I can practice my own legitimate account there instead of on my target.
First, I set up a dummy email account where my target has email - (aol) - then with that account, I'll open a dummy account at facebook.
Is there anything I should know about
aol or facebook
when choosing my name, gender, security question/answer, zip code, etc. when opening these new accounts?
Is the strategy correct so far?
Thank you guys for your patience - I'd rather ask too many questions than make a stupid, fatal mistake....

here's my dilemma...i have an account that have been adding friends slowly over the past week. They are local people that show that my target and I have about 6 mutual friends. I am adding more friends that go to local colleges (since I am 17 I am trying the party angle)...anyways when I added a photo of this hot party girl, I only grabbed one. And of course I am an idiot and didn't save where it was from. Anyone have any ideas for grabbing new photos without raising suspicion?
Thanks all-
If anything, it is a learning experience...grab all the photos you can!

WISH ME LUCK!
I have been adding friends to my fake facebook profile and have well over 100 friends...and 35 of them are mutual with my target. She has about 750, and I just clicked add as friend! I am keeping my fingers crossed and hope she doesn't suspect!
