To follow on my previous question:

Here is the type of email which is sent. The user has to click on the link which is composed of two different numbers (denoted by XXXXXX). One should be linked to the university and the other to your profile or something else. However, none of them are identical to the facebook ID....

Any ideas/tips?

Hey YOUR_NAME_HERE,

You recently added the UNIVERSITY_NAME_HERE network to your Facebook account.  To confirm your affiliation with the UNIVERSITY_NAME_HERE network, follow the link below:
http://www.facebook.com/networks/confirmnetwork.php?n=xxxxxxxx&c=xxxxxxxxx
(If clicking on the link doesn't work, try copying and pasting it into your browser.)

If you did not add the UNIVERSITY_NAME_HERE network to your account, please disregard this message.
Check out http://www.facebook.com/help.php?page=53 if you have any questions.

Thanks,
