I remember about this discussion a little while ago, but, what was really funny is Facebook rewrote their TOS. What this referred to was the allowance of FB to use your photos in whatever the advertisers wanted. End result: facebook screws everyone enough, so if everyone is leaving, they lose out in a billion dollar ad budget, which means: we get the rights to our photos.
