How can I block someone if I don't have access to their page?

I'm trying to block someone, but their FB profile is private and there's no block button or anything. Help?

I'll post it anyway just in case someone else has the same problem in the future:

Simply go to settings > privacy settings. It will give you a list of people you have blocked. Beneath the list, it will allow you to search for people you wish to block. Simply search for your person and when it pulls them up, click "block user".
