How often do you guys deactivate?

Hey guys just curious how often do you deactivate and reactivate your account to check your target? I just got added and I would really hate to have my account banned

unfortunately, I don't have a target; have a friend who would constantly activate and deactivate, however, he's now banned for 2 months, so don't know if that helps at all.
