Key to reading Facebook URL's - ?

I finally got brave and followed (to the best of my knowledge) the instructions on using “advanced wall“ to help identify picture id‘s.     Here is the line that showed in the properties box when I right-clicked my target's pic from within my advanced wall;

http://profile.ak.fbcdn.net/profile6/1611/115/qxxxxxxxxxx_2886.jpg 

              (where xxxxxxxxxx is his fb user id number)

Could someone help me interpret this information?  What does the rest of this line mean?   Is his  "pic id" in here anywhere?

That's the default photo URL. The "2886.jpg" is the ID for that specific default photo. Not much you can do with that info other than fusker.
