How can I see if someone is really online myspace or not?

... if someone is online (on myspace obviously) if they have their "online now" indicator turned off? I thought I saw something about that on here someplace but I've just spent a seriously long amount of time looking through posts and don't seem to see it now. Did I hallucinate that? There really is no surefire way to know. There was a few sites before that you could run friend id thru--but they are not accurate and sometimes show the "opposite online status" and also run up the targets profile view counter. Not handy in my opinion.

Also, something you might try is going to mobile.myspace.com and checking them out there..it sometimes reveals REAL online status--even when indicator is hidden.

I have been dabbling with a creating a code semi-related to this.

Okay, thanks for the help Too bad there isn't a "surefire way" to know when someone is online, that'd be handy in certain casee. Oh well, maybe someone will end up coming up with or running across something.

I see when my target is on line by checking one of there friends profiles and to my knowledge even if their on line status is hidden it will show on their friends profile.I suspect that my target may have hidden their on line status,but,this is speculation on my part.
