Current issues: It's not you, it's us!

Some users may be phished when editing their profile: If you have had your profile blocked due to phishing when attempting to edit your profile, you will need to unblock your profile by clicking on the Change your password link in the phished announcement on your Home page. This is the only way you will be able to unblock your account. Please be aware that changing your password manually or re-using the same password will not unblock your account. Note that even if you do unblock your account, additional attempts at editing your profile may result in the profile being locked again until we have resolved this issue. Posted 4-9-10. Record a Video not working: You may experience some difficulties tying to use Record a Video. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue now! In the meantime, try recording your video on your local machine and then uploading it to MySpace. Posted 3-1-10. Resolved 3-1-10.

Blog search errors: If you are trying to perform a search to include what you are "reading, viewing, or listening to," you might get a search error. We are looking into it.

MySpace Games: Yes, MySpace Games has gone away. You can now find app games on MySpace Apps!

Artist Profiles: Sometimes when you click the Edit Profile link on Account Settings, you're directed to a regular account edit profile link. We're looking into it.

Deleted comments: If you're trying to delete a comment from a friend's profile and it deletes a comment on your own profile instead, just sit tight. We'll have a fix up soon.

If your homepage looks different, you've gotten an upgrade: We recently rolled out an upgrade to user homepages so they're way faster and easier to navigate. We're sorry, but you cannot switch back to classic view.

Missing trash, saved and draft folders: Hey, they're there! They're just collapsed. You can find them in the left nav. To expand your folders, click on the small triangle to the left of Inbox and Mail Center.

MySpace Mail messages require subject lines: It's come to our attention that messages without subject lines are not going through. So be sure to type in text in those subject lines and tell your friends to do the same!

Notifications for phantom messages & comments: If you've been getting notifications for messages and comments that don't materialize, that was owing to an unanticipated traffic delay. We've got it fixed now.

Phishing Alert. If you're finding stuff you haven't posted in you mood & Status updates, you may have been phished. We recommend you change your password now!

Flash player. If you're experiencing issues on MySpace with your Flash player, be sure to upgrade to the most current Flash player.
