Myspace mobile question... Please Read:):):)

Hi guys,

Was wondering if you could help me out with a question I have about mobile. Since I'm not familiar with myspace mobile can you offer some feedback?

When a person uses their cell phone to check myspace, must they go to m.myspace.com to view our pages, or can they view our pages directly from the main site using their phone and type in (www.myspace.com)?

depends the phone.  Some phones are fast enough to view the full page (and some include java).  Sorry, that's confusing, but, just know each 'upper-crust' phone, i.e. blackberry, pocket pc, google phones, and the newer samsung and LGs, can view actual webpages.

just an FYI, i have a blackjack II and it give you the option to click on mobile or regualar but even if you click regular, its defaults back to mobile.

I have just a regular phone with internet access, it is not a smartphone.  Its just a samsung but its one of the cheapies.  To be able to use the myspace, as in sending msgs and stuff, I would have to use the mobile site I believe.  However if I enter a  direct url such as www.myspace.com/whatever it will display the page minus the background, everybodys is blue on it.  I use this on occasion to see if people have logged in for the day, because the mobile site does not display the last login.  I did manage to log in one time and checked out my favs list, however that page did not load properly. But it got me where I need to go, to show someone some pics.

I have two phones. One a regular lg fliphone with a wap browser that can only use the mobile site. The other a smartphone with pocket browsers than can use either site.

I just typed in myspace.com and it took me to the mobile version right away
