How would you go about getting tracker codes?

You would look in the tracker thread for recommendations.

I haven't tried this yet, but, here's a thought: I know on facebook, honesty box or truth box allow you to 'ask a question', as in 'what do you think of me?'.  Maybe, you might be able to put the tracker in the heading/question?  That way, whenever someone accesses your truth box, you'll track them.

Again, haven't tried it, but, could be an alternative to creating a fake truth box.

Ok, here's what I just did, and it works: get the honesty box app (http://profile.myspace.com/Modules/Applications/Pages/Canvas.aspx?appId=103127), use a hiddden headline tracker, place it AFTER the question asked.  It'll track anyone who visits, but, if they leave a message (at least when I just tried it), it showed 2 hits by an IP address.  Again, kinks still have to be worked out, but, this may be a decent alternative to the creation of a fake truth box.
