@tootie

The verbiage that site uses is misleading--not intentionally misleading. But what it actually is trying to say is that if you have a friend that has a private profile, then they have a special layout snatcher that they provide for you to snag their layout. In order to use their layout snatcher, you would have to be logged into your profile in the same browser, and that private person's profile will have to be on your friends list.

Also, those sites (any sites) that have you enter friend ids..adds hits to target's profile view counter (for some that is a concern).

Cool! Any ideas about being able to add a photobucket image where your name shows?

@tootie

I don't fiddle with the profile editor..but you can also try adding the link in your headline box.

<style>
.nametext {display:block; width:100%; font-size:0px !important; letter-spacing:-50px; background-image: url(http://YOURPICTUREURL.PIC); background-position:center; background-repeat: no-repeat; height:XXpx;}
</style>
---change to the url you want the pic of and change the xx to the size you want.
Place that code at the top or bottom of any section, just so it doesn't get placed between another tag.

Pat:
Got this from PT. I copied the direct link link from photobucket and it worked. Where my name would show on my profile now shows my name as a pic...please feel free to move this post if you like!
