@jemelin

There is no code for that at present. But you can test it yourself a few ways. Sending a friend request is the easiest since, you can cancel it. Once you send someone who has you blocked any type of communication, it will appear as though it was sent, but when you check your outbox-it won't be there. Bear in mind though, that if the person has notification emails turned on, they will get one saying you have requested them if you are not on their block list. If you are blocked this wont happen. So you're taking a chance.

Not sure where to post this, but is there a way to see who has you on their favorites list.
thanks

It use to be easy to know if you were blocked but now it takes a little "work"

If I block someone on Myspace, will it inform that person or will they get some sort of message when they go to my page?
thanks

@huntermason

No it won't inform them and they will not see any type of message on your page (which they WILL still be able to see if it's public) But if they try to message you, add you etc-they will know they're blocked if they look in their outbox, as the msg will not be there.

@huntermason

This is a little off-topic, but you asked the question about Favorites.  I've found using PT with the "come from" information that I'm able to identify who's favorites I'm on when they use that to come to my page.

@fattington

PT has a great "remove from favorites" code if you haven't stumbled across it yet. Nice for messin with people! LOOOOOOOL

I was using it and could see that my stalker was RE-ADDING me EVERY day, sometimes multiple times (gotta love PT!).  I got a little spooked that she might think it's a glitch and report it so I removed it.  However, I'm being pissy and put it back on yesterday since she's being a royal pain - hitting my photos 12 times over the last 3 days.  What's that about?!

@fattington

Yeah that is a cool trick.
note: It's one of two tricks that we don't post because of "code etiquette"
Other than that, she-geeks has all of the codes; and then some.

My page is private. I just added someone who I think is bogus b/c the profile was just created today...lol! I added them so that I can try to track and see if its who I think it is. Anyway, if I add them as a friend then block them later, they can't access my page again correct?
Unless they're smart like she-geeks!!!

Once you remove from friends list and ur private then they're history. Unless they're here. Wink

No- removing them will make them not be able to see ur private profile but they can still contact you. Blocking someone only removes their ability to contact you. For public profiles it does not stop them from viewing your profile. If your private -well you removed the viewing ability just by taking them off your friends list.
