Sarbrn, as far as I know there is only one FB tracker out there, it's on the Profiletracker site and is by subscription for $6 a month. They offer trackers for both Myspace and Facebook. The one for FB is some sort of application, as I understand it (I don't have that one, though I do have the one for Myspace).

The notice is still up, but no FB tracker yet.
I don't know anything at all about statcounter, but hopefully someone will be able to answer those questions for you.
