a buddy of mine sent this to me yesterday, so not sure if anyone knows what this is:
www.launchy.net
it's supposed to make life easier if you have a lot of programs; just thought some people may enjoy it.

yeah launchy is quite a popular launcher. I have never used it, as I am quite happy with
8start
as my launcher on all of my pcs. But I have heard really great stuff about launchy. I just prefer not to have to remember keystrokes and whatnot. I just middle click and my launcher and all my proggy's are right there.

@Jason - Nice add! Agreed. Launchy is great for the Windows side.
I'm a huge Quicksilver fan for MAC and stumbled upon Launchy not long after getting my MAC as I became so addicted to Quicksilver... I needed a good Windows alternative. It is a great timesaver! Although, i have to admit.. Quicksilver kicks its butt - for MAC-addicts out there. Hehe
